Second time customer. A few years ago was the first experience. I ordered in store and left with a half filled boxed arrangement. I then had to go to the supermarket to buy another bunch of flowers to fill it out. This time I ordered online, flowers for delivery for a birthday present, a medium boxed arrangement with lilies, roses, chrysanthemums and greenery. Once again I am very disappointed with the value received.

I wanted to send flowers to my Mum in Foster, Gippsland, Victoria, and searched for florists in Foster. I then found Elsie's Florist's website. I decided to order flowers online, as I am living in London at the moment, and found the experience to be very safe and easy.
